You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.Please note that We can not accept returns when the goods have been trimmed or altered. It is the customer's responsibility to check for any damages prior to making alterations.

I want to return / exchange an item If you would like to return an item please send it back to the address given below within 14 days from date of receipt. Klassywear,39 Othello Close, Colchester, Essex, CO4 3LB. Please include details of the goods you are returning and any replacements you may want. We will not charge you any postage for exchanging an item.
I have worn my item. Can I still return it?
I have worn my item. Can I still return it? The item must be in its original packaging, new not worn,with the relevant tags still in place and in a condition that would enable us to sell the item to someone else as new. It is the responsibility of customer's to make sure the items ordered are satisfactory and with no damage before worn.
For hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery is non refundable.Please ensure that lingerie and swimwear items are tried on over your own underwear. In the interest of hygiene, please do not remove the seal. If this is the case then we can reasonably decline your refund.
You have refunded the wrong amount
When we calculate the amount to refund you, we take into account: - Any vouchers or promotions in the original purchase If you think we have incorrectly calculated the refund amount, please contact our billing department on sales@Klassywear.com and provide us with your order id and details of what you think the refund should be.
You have sent the wrong item or it has a defect.
We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
